PRICE:      Very important because our customers have available not only our advice but our list of contractors for any outgoing jobs or bids.

Customers under our facilities maintenance contracts have available our General Contracting Services for commercial remodeling and new construction  with the advantageous combination of quality and price that cannot be found anywhere else.

All businesses interested in becoming part of our Contractors List must carry adequate licenses and Insurances. Must show references with a track of good conduct and professionalism.  Knowledge and compliance of Federal, State and Local codes necessary.
